Oi Alfred Tech

Website terms

Terms

These terms apply to use of the public Oi Alfred Tech website and project request forms. Client work is governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement for that project.

Project Requests

Submitting a form or sending an email does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or guarantee that Oi Alfred Tech will accept the project. Any estimates, timelines, scopes, or price ranges shared before a written agreement are planning information only.

Client Work

  • Deliverables, revisions, timelines, payments, and ownership are defined in writing before work starts.
  • Client approvals are required for scope, public launches, production deploys, paid tools, and material changes.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, credentials, and legal approvals when needed.
  • Third-party services such as hosting, analytics, email, database, AI providers, and payment tools may have their own terms and costs.

AI And Automation

AI-assisted workflows can help with drafts, classification, intake, research, operations, and software delivery, but they can make mistakes. Oi Alfred Tech treats client-visible, financial, legal, destructive, permission-changing, or irreversible actions as human-approval actions unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Security And Availability

Oi Alfred Tech uses reasonable care in designing, testing, and maintaining software, but no website, app, AI workflow, or hosting setup can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, attack-proof, or compatible with every device and browser forever. Security reviews describe what was checked and what risk remains.

Privacy

Use of personal information submitted through this website is described in the privacy notice. Client projects that involve personal data, regulated data, analytics, AI prompts, uploads, accounts, payments, or users in multiple jurisdictions may require a separate privacy review and legal input.
