For the website intake flow, Oi Alfred Tech decides why and how the information is used. For future client projects, a written proposal, statement of work, or data processing agreement may define extra controller, processor, subprocessor, and security responsibilities.

• Communication details: email replies, scheduling context, proposal notes, and support or follow-up messages you choose to send.
• Technical details: IP address, browser/device information, basic server logs, language preference, privacy preference, and security/spam signals.
• Optional analytics: only if Google Analytics is configured and you accept analytics in the privacy settings.

How We Use It

• Review whether the request is a good fit and reply to the sender.
• Prepare discovery questions, scope, timelines, proposal ranges, and next steps.
• Operate the lead pipeline, follow-ups, client support, and business records.
• Protect the website from spam, abuse, security incidents, and operational errors.
• Improve the website and services using optional analytics after consent.

Oi Alfred Tech does not sell website intake information. We do not intentionally collect payment card data, government IDs, health data, children's data, or sensitive personal data through this public website.

Hosting, source control, DNS, security tooling, email providers, and AI tools may also process limited operational data when needed to run the business or deliver a project.

Some vendors may process data in the United States, Brazil, Europe, or other countries. Oi Alfred Tech reviews vendor fit, access permissions, and security responsibilities before using a vendor for client work.

Cookies And Analytics

Essential browser storage may remember language and privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics does not load until you accept analytics when a GA4 measurement ID is configured for the site.

Retention And Deletion

• Spam, test, and obviously irrelevant leads should be deleted or archived during routine review.
• Unqualified lead records should be reviewed at least every 12 months.
• Active proposals and client records may be kept while the business relationship, legal need, tax record, or dispute window remains active.
• Server logs and analytics data should be kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, measurement, or legal reasons.
• Valid deletion or anonymization requests are handled unless another legal or operational duty requires retention.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live and how the data is used, you may be able to request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or anonymization, export, consent withdrawal, objection or opt-out, information about sharing, or review of automated decisions. Security And Incidents

Oi Alfred Tech uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the size and risk of the website, including HTTPS, limited admin access, least-privilege vendor access, security review before launch, and deletion workflows. If a privacy or security incident creates reportable risk, Oi Alfred Tech will investigate, contain the issue, document the response, and notify affected people, clients, vendors, or authorities when required.
